The Special Programming for Achievement Network (SPAN) earnestly seeks to prevent the incarceration of at-risk youth through counseling, education, and cooperation with local businesses and services, ultimately preparing youth to become productive members of their communities.

SPAN is a non-residential, co-educational, comprehensive strategy for meeting the needs of at-risk youth and their families.

SPAN strives to prevent these youth from continued involvement with the justice system by developing the social, behavioral, academic, and family skills needed to become productive members of the community.
